**. POSITION OBJECTIVE**: Ensure that electromechanical, hydrosanitary, air conditioning, compressed air, and other specialty installations under supervision meet quality, cost, safety, and schedule requirements as stipulated in applicable regulations, through proper and timely direct supervision of contractor and worker activities, ensuring optimal utilization and control of assigned resources such as materials and tools. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review of electrical, MEP, hydrosanitary, compressed air, HVAC, fire protection, and fire alarm system design documents. * Scheduling of activities with subcontractors to ensure timely and proper execution. * Monitoring compliance of projects with regulatory and feasible standards. * Ensuring activities adhere to international quality standards. * Accurate and timely review of cost estimates for assigned work to ensure on-time submission. * Resolution of technical and administrative issues related to assigned work. * Documentation in the site logbook of all agreements with subcontractors. * Review of conceptual catalogs (pertaining to the scope of assigned projects) for subcontracting purposes. * Preparation/Review of red-line drawings (for As-Built generation). * Conducting engineering coordination reviews to identify potential conflicts. * Preparation of construction progress reports. * Coordination of subcontractors. * Coordination of required installation testing and reporting. * Preparation of material requisitions (for procurement).
