Job Description and Activity Details Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance related to building installations, as well as supporting project follow-up and various internal plant departments, providing technical and engineering support for developing technical/economic proposals, project administration, and project execution. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to keep the building and its electromechanical systems in optimal condition. * Guarantee 100% equipment availability through adherence to an effective Annual Maintenance Plan that ensures operational continuity of the plant and extends the life of our assets. \*Actively participate in energy-saving activities. * Monitor preventive/predictive maintenance of power electrical systems, A/C & Fire Suppression Systems. * Perform general maintenance procedures and other assigned tasks (electrical work, painting, welding, cutting, installation of pneumatic/hydraulic piping, etc.). * Ensure efficient use of Maintenance resources. **Shift: Monday to Saturday** **Schedule: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM** Experience and Requirements * Completed technical degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability to rotate shifts and work on weekends. * Knowledge of Electrical Installations and Equipment Maintenance (Air Conditioning, Compressors, Extractors, Fire Suppression Systems, Emergency Power Generators, etc.). * Manual dexterity and skills for low-voltage electrical installations. * Ability to operate lifting equipment and cutting and welding tools. * Organized, analytical. * Strong sense of urgency. * Basic welding knowledge.
