Purchaser.\- Coordinates the acquisition of products and services requested in authorized purchase requisitions, under the best conditions of quality, price, and delivery time to ensure timely and continuous supply of materials requested by various departments within the company. PROFILE: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Marketing, or related field; incomplete studies or completed studies ("NOT CURRENT STUDENTS). * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a purchaser / analyst, purchasing assistant. * Negotiation of contracts with suppliers. * End-to-end management of the purchasing process. * Tracking of purchase orders. * Ensure all orders are processed correctly: including confirmation of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. **Skills:** * Information analysis. * Verbal and written communication. * Ability to effectively multitask. * Proficient in Excel and Contpaq. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
