Description and details of activities **Responsible for scheduled raw material counts on production lines:** Performs physical counts according to schedule, verifies quantities, and ensures inventory accuracy on the shop floor. **Provides support in periodic and cycle counts in the raw material warehouse:** Participates in regular audits, validates stock levels, and records any discrepancies detected. **Generates daily reports:** Prepares and updates inventory reports, variance reports, and count progress reports for tracking and analysis. Experience and requirements **Minimum 1 year of experience as a cycle counter:** Experience in conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting inventory audits. **High school diploma completed:** Completed secondary-level education. **Numerical skills:** Accuracy in counting, identifying variances, and handling quantities. **Proficiency in Excel:** Ability to use basic functions, filters, tables, and data entry. **Proactive:** Initiative to identify and resolve inventory-related issues. **Knowledge of inventory software:** Experience using WMS/ERP systems to record and check inventory levels.
