**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * 1 to 2 years of verifiable work experience. * Minimum age: 25 years. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and CTPAT standards. * Conduct internal and certification audits. * Knowledge of and ability to use the SIRCE platform. * Coordinate, participate in, and verify training planning and delivery. * Onboard new employees. * Carry out social assistance activities. * Develop and monitor motivational plans.
