Active participation in organizational communication Job Description and Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and deliver onboarding and training sessions to all staff. * Conduct sequential follow-up on employees' development plans. * Administer and maintain training evidence records. * Design educational materials to complement the training process. * Perform administrative tasks such as organizing digital files or scanning documents. * Support the Human Resources department. * Develop courses, training calendars, newsletters, and promotional materials to market available courses. * Organize meetings and follow-ups. * Be responsible for organizational communication. Basic knowledge of CTPAT Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Communication, Pedagogy, or related technical or incomplete degrees. * 1–3 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Flexible schedule availability. * Proactive and dynamic. * CTPAT knowledge (preferred). * Proficiency with digital platforms and tools. * Strong teamwork skills. * Familiarity with NOM-035 program and related activities. * Conducting the DNC assessment. * Strong enthusiasm for learning within the transportation sector.
