UNEAC University is a higher education institution in Mexico that is part of the Aliat Universities network We belong to the **Aliat Universities** group, and today we are looking for your talent as a: **Sales Representative** for our **Mexicali Campus** **Responsibilities:** Prospect business sectors, schools, public organizations, unions, etc., delivering informative sessions about our academic programs with the goal of forming groups and enrolling them. **Compensation:** * **Base monthly salary** $13,000.00 gross **(paid biweekly)** * **Monthly commissions** are uncapped, ranging from $200 to $500 starting from the first enrolled student, paid at month-end * **Quarterly master bonus** of $26,000 disbursed over 4 months, paid in January, May, and September **Benefits:** * **Monthly grocery vouchers** of $1,300 (provided upon signing an indefinite contract) * Educational scholarships for employees and family members (valid after 6 months) * Fuel, transportation, and/or travel allowances (100% covered by the company) * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS at 100%) **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in prospecting and fieldwork * Strong communication skills and ability to speak publicly * Availability to visit companies, schools, and unions to establish connections * Digital competencies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * High school diploma (minimum), bachelor’s degree (desirable) * Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (desirable but not mandatory) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 09:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. If you meet all the requirements and are seeking to join a 100% Mexican company, a leader in the educational sector, this is your opportunity to become part of the most incredible Sales Force!
