Professional development opportunities Academic Development Analyst Objective: Manage the assignment of the best faculty to each course, as well as operate all processes focused on faculty administration, including faculty selection and hiring, classroom observation, syllabus feedback, SIEDA, faculty NPS, etc. Your main challenges will be: Participate in monitoring specific faculty indicators, ensuring compliance with established evaluation metrics. Monitor the faculty evaluation process and ensure implementation of mentoring and recognition programs aligned with evaluation results to enhance academic quality. Implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure faculty attendance. Participate in collegiate faculty assignment based on established guidelines. Participate in academic management processes: pre-assignment, assignment, delivery of analytical course syllabi, monitoring, early evaluation, classroom observation, teaching practicum, school calendars, academic calendars, kickoff meetings, inductions, and other related processes. To achieve this, you need: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, or Psychology with an educational focus (in progress or completed). Desirable: Master’s degree in Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, or Psychology with an educational focus. Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles involving faculty monitoring and incident handling. Proficiency in: Office software — Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint.
