Reduce costs by improving process efficiency. Description and Details of Responsibilities Verify validation information for assembly, machinery, and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Collaborate with local team members, team leaders, management, and support staff to foster a culture that drives improvement. Design processes with higher quality, efficiency, and safety. Experience and Requirements * Operate and manage processes safely, effectively, with quality, and continuous improvement. * Standardize operations and optimize production lines. * Reduce costs by improving process efficiency. * Develop solutions to support various operational areas of the plant related to the manufacturing process. * Provide training to personnel on updates to manufacturing processes. * Execute and manage support and improvement projects for various operational areas of the company. * Correct, update, and improve the bill of materials. * Review and approve box substitutions and permanent changes. * Review SAP data to validate kit balancing. * Support MKOS processes, as well as 5S program management and control. * Responsible for adhering to Medline’s code of conduct, regulations, and policies.
