




Job Summary: Responsible for invoicing and documenting shipments, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance for timely product release. Key Highlights: 1. Manages shipping documentation and inventory control. 2. Ensures regulatory compliance for shipment release. 3. Maintains documentation for audits and clarifications. Objective: Invoice and document shipments in accordance with established procedures and policies, ensuring data integrity to release shipments on time and as required. Responsibilities: - Ensure finished and derived products are invoiced or dispatched to guarantee inventory control. - Generate and compile shipment documentation, complying with current regulations, to enable timely release. - Maintain orderly and up-to-date documentation for each shipment to address or resolve customer inquiries and internal audits. - Record freight liability in the system for each shipment, ensuring data integrity to execute payment to the carrier.
