Strategic growth in internal systems consulting. **IT Support Engineer (Hardware, Networks, and ERP)** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to manage our technological infrastructure (hardware, networks, and software) and lead the technical and functional implementation of our **Odoo ERP** system. This role combines on-site technical support, network administration, and strategic growth in internal systems consulting. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Support & Infrastructure:** Installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of computers, printers, and license management (Office 365, antivirus). * **Networks:** Configuration and monitoring of internal networks (Wi-Fi, cabling, switches). * **ERP Specialist (Odoo):** Participate in implementation, learn technical modules, and become the primary point of contact for user support and training. * **Customer Support (Equipment Rental):** Provide regional technical support to external customers, maintain service logs, and prepare quotations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in technical support, hardware maintenance, and networking. * **Mobility:** Valid driver's license and **availability to travel** (Baja California and Sonora). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, remote access tools, and hardware diagnostics. **Desirable Requirements (Plus):** * Prior experience with ERPs (**Odoo**, SAP, or similar). * Basic knowledge of databases or Python. * Certifications in technical support or networking. **Competencies:** * Self-taught with strong diagnostic ability. * Excellent customer service skills (internal and external). * Organizational skills for inventory and reporting.
