Job Description and Responsibilities \* Organize and coordinate cost reduction activities with other involved departments. \* Participate in and provide support for supplier development initiatives aimed at cost reduction. \* Track quotations and conduct feasibility analysis for cost reduction ideas. • Maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9000) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) within department-related activities. \* Ensure that the company's established cost reduction targets are met or exceeded. • Prepare reports and conduct project analyses. • Coordinate testing for cost reduction evaluation. Experience and Requirements \* Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field — candidate must be a graduating student or recent graduate. • English proficiency: 80% \* One year of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or one year in Design. \* One year of experience using CAD software (PRO-E preferred). Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems. Planning and organizational techniques. \* Ability to interpret BOMs, specifications, and engineering change documents. \* Mechanical tolerance analysis. Proficiency in parametric modeling simulation software — PRO-E (CREO) preferred; SolidWorks or Catia are also acceptable.
