Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst for technical support, focused on incident resolution, equipment maintenance, network monitoring, and information security assurance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident response and resolution for equipment and systems. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Management of software licenses and technological inventory. We are hiring a SYSTEMS ANALYST for technical support in offices: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Responsibilities: • Provide incident response and resolution for computers, printers, and telephones. • Guide and train staff on proper use of internal systems. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. • Monitor the operation of local networks, internet, and communication systems. • Identify and report connectivity or system failures. • Coordinate software and equipment backups and updates. • Manage license control, technological inventory, and unit devices. • Supervise the proper operation of security camera systems. • Protect system and equipment access to ensure information security.
