Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Manager with experience in sales and customer service to negotiate premises, manage administrative procedures, and conduct prospecting. Focus on business development and administrative procedures IMPORTANT COMPANY REQUIRING Manager Profile: Education: Incomplete bachelor's degree (recent graduates, interns, or degree holders) Must have laptop, mobile phone, and personal vehicle Valid driver's license Required knowledge and skills: Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service Desirable experience in construction processes, services, and operating licenses SAP (desirable) Responsibilities: Responsible for checking available premises to negotiate with owners and proceed with leasing.
