




**Position Objective:** Manage and execute the operational and administrative processes of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and proper employee support, contributing to organizational development and a positive work environment focused on the transportation industry. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Create and maintain up-to-date employee records. * Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and other institutions. * Administer attendance, incidents, and payroll (in coordination with the accounting or payroll department). * Supervise the application of internal human resources policies. * Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs. * Proper employee management, as well as handling disciplinary procedures, warnings, and follow-up on labor incidents. * Support the organization of employee integration events and activities. * Prepare reports on turnover, absenteeism, and staffing. * Ensure compliance with employer obligations and current labor regulations. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 years in a similar position. * **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Payroll processes and incident management. * Recruitment and selection. * Labor relations and organizational climate. * Proficiency in Excel and personnel management systems.
