




Description and details of activities * Responsible for preparing travel expense settlements in the Oracle system. * Handle calls from internal staff, external individuals, suppliers, customers, etc. * Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations. * Responsible for complying with safety guidelines related to their work area. * Responsible for providing support to internal customers. * Responsible for coordinating events. * Responsible for arranging external services for national and international visits. * Strong communication and organizational skills. Conversational English required. Experience and requirements * Completed bachelor's degree. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Two years of experience in the position. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resources software. * Customer service experience, organizational skills, constant interaction with personnel, teamwork.
