Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Manager with an incomplete or completed bachelor's degree, analytical skills, and sales experience to negotiate premises, process licenses, and manage reports, with both field and office work. Sales and customer service development IMPORTANT COMPANY REQUIRING Field Manager Profile: Education: Incomplete bachelor's degree (recent graduates, interns, or degree holders) Must have laptop, mobile phone, and car Valid driver's license Required knowledge and skills: Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong verbal communication skills Microsoft Office (intermediate level) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales and customer service Desirable experience in construction processes, services, and operating licenses SAP (desirable) Responsibilities: Responsible for checking available premises, negotiating with owners, and proceeding with lease agreements.
