If you are interested in any of our openings, please send an email to our contact address. **Job Responsibilities and Details** · Provide user support for computers, networks, software, and peripherals. · Identify root causes of hardware and software issues across systems and equipment, resolve them, and document solutions. · Manage inventories of computer equipment and consumables. · Configure and install computer equipment, printers, telephony systems, radios, cameras, GPS devices—both in office environments and operational areas. · Deliver technical training to users as required. · Lead equipment or system installation projects. · Ensure the stable operation of the company’s network infrastructure. · Implement security policies, processes, and work instructions within the company. · Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary preventive enhancements to networks or systems. **Experience and Requirements** · Certified technician or incomplete degree in Computer Systems Engineering / Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Technical Support / Telecommunications, or related field. · Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux operating systems. · Experience managing domain controllers. · Strong information technology skills, including hardware maintenance, computer systems, and enterprise networking. · Experience implementing or administering GPS-based route tracking systems. · Flexible availability to accommodate work schedule requirements. · Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, along with familiarity with other responsibilities listed above. **Benefits** · Weekly take-home pay of MXN $3,500 · Annual Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary · 25% vacation premium · In-store credit **Employment Type** · Full-time, contractual position · Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM **Work Location** · San Luis Highway, Nueva Central de Abastos, Ejido Cuernavaca Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Employment Type: Full-time, Open-ended Salary: MXN $3,500.00 per week Work Mode: On-site
