We are seeking a **Systems Engineer** with excellent English proficiency and experience in first-level technical support to join our team in **Mexicali** on a **full-time, on-site basis**. This role is ideal for professionals with strong problem-solving skills, connectivity support expertise, and basic network administration experience. **Responsibilities** * Provide **first-level technical support** to internal users. * Address and resolve incidents related to **connectivity, hardware, and software**. * Support **LAN and WAN networks**, as well as perform basic infrastructure monitoring. * Manage and operate **DHCP and DNS consoles**. * Track and document tickets to ensure proper resolution. * Escalate incidents to higher support levels when necessary. * Assist with equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks. * Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Advanced English (C1)** is mandatory for communication with global teams. * Prior experience in first-level technical support. * Knowledge of: * **Connectivity** and troubleshooting. * **LAN and WAN networks**. * Basic administration of **DHCP and DNS**. * Equipment maintenance and incident diagnostics. * Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail. * Availability to work **100% on-site in Mexicali**. **Desired Skills** * Entry-level networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, entry-level CCNA). * Experience using ticketing systems. * Ability to produce clear and effective documentation.
