Ensure the proper operation of equipment and systems **Job Description: Systems Assistant** The Systems Assistant is responsible for providing technical support to company users, as well as assisting with the maintenance and operation of computer equipment, networks, and systems. Their primary function is to ensure that technological resources operate efficiently and continuously. Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Install, configure, and update software and hardware. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Assist in the administration of networks, printers, and devices. * Manage user accounts, email, and system access. * Backup data and support information security. * Log incidents and track support tickets. * Assist with inventories of equipment and technological resources. Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in technical support (preferred). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented attitude. Job Objective Ensure the proper operation of the organization's equipment and systems by delivering efficient and timely technical support to users. Salary: $10,497.00 - $17,855.67 per month Work Location: On-site employment
