Position Summary: Application analyst and developer providing technical support, system monitoring, user training, and database and network administration to ensure optimal system performance. Database, server, and development environment administration Job Description and Responsibilities * Analyze, develop, and implement applications and enhancements to existing systems. * Provide technical support and consultation to internal users. * Monitor and resolve system requests and incidents. * Train users on the proper use of applications and technological tools. * Administer databases, servers, and development environments. * Supervise the proper functioning of hardware, software, and networks. * Automate processes through technological solutions. * Support key business areas by extracting and analyzing information.
