Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and hygiene policies on site and in services performed by INNOVATIVE\-NET, through the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). Ensure a workplace free of incidents, prevent occupational hazards, comply with official regulations (STPS, NOMs, NFPA, OSHA, ISO 45001\), and coordinate corrective actions in the field, aiming to achieve the zero-incident indicator for each project or service underway. **Key Responsibilities** **** * Implement and supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) * Ensure 100% compliance with current safety and hygiene regulations * Achieve and maintain the "Zero Accidents" objective * Conduct routine and unannounced inspections * Coordinate and deliver safety inductions, daily safety talks, and internal training sessions * Supervise mandatory use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols * Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses * Coordinate evacuation, rescue, or contingency drills * Prepare and maintain up-to-date site safety documentation * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site supervisors * Monitor and report weekly safety KPIs. **Requirements and Competencies** **Academic Background:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Preferred: Diploma, certification, or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.). **Desirable Certifications:** * Certification in current STPS regulations (NOM\-017, NOM\-030, NOM\-035, etc.). * OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent. * Training in working at heights, confined spaces, electrical safety, fire extinguisher use, and first aid.
