AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. **What Makes This Role Great:** In this high\-visibility role, you will act as the "boots on the ground" and the operational glue for our international engineering teams, directly influencing how we scale our cloud\-based platforms. You will have the unique opportunity to master Jira administration, lead Change Control processes, and own the end\-to\-end communication strategy for our Platform newsletter, making you an indispensable partner in our global delivery success. **Key Exciting Responsibilities** * Run the operational cadence by attending agile ceremonies to surface blockers, track sprint commitments, and ensure delivery risks are mitigated early. * Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) process and act as the primary gatekeeper for IAM/TID tickets to prevent development bottlenecks. * Transform complex data into clarity by creating and maintaining Jira dashboards that track the health and progress of major initiatives for leadership. * Own the end\-to\-end production of the Platform newsletter, gathering engineering updates and drafting content to keep stakeholders informed. * Coordinate the logistics for quarterly planning sessions and maintain follow\-ups on time\-sensitive collaboration agreements and adoption work. **Essential Skills \& Experience** * 2\+ years of experience in program/project coordination, operations, or a related administrative role. * Working knowledge of Jira, including comfort with light administration, project boards, and reporting tools. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and time\-sensitive follow\-ups. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for facilitating meetings and documenting technical decisions. * Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Miro, with a high attention to detail. **Bonus Points For:** * Experience supporting agile delivery teams through standups, sprint planning, and RAID tracking. * Previous experience facilitating change control or governance workflows. * Familiarity with program management methodologies such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean. * Expertise in creating advanced Jira dashboards for initiative health reporting. **Logistics:** **Location:** Mexicali, MX \- Office\-based **Why You'll Love Working With Us** At Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real\-World Impact.
