Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in the pharmaceutical, medical, or food industry, with knowledge of HVAC and purification systems. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial preventive and corrective maintenance experience 2. Knowledge of electricity, HVAC, and purification systems 3. Personnel management and adherence to maintenance programs Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering; minimum one year of preventive and corrective maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or food industry; knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, electricity, HVAC air conditioning systems, water and compressed air purification systems, familiarity with NOM-059-SSA, good manufacturing practices. Track procurement of machinery, equipment, and/or materials for construction and maintenance. Prepare and maintain up-to-date installation, equipment, and/or building plans and drawings as required. Personnel management. Implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Compliance with internal and external audits and projects. Budget management. Maintenance requirements.
