Active role on the production floor **Date Posted:** 2026\-05\-04**Country:** Mexico**Location:** MX\-BCN\-MEXICALI\-496 \~ Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200 \~ CALZADA**Position Role Type:** Unspecified**Job Responsibilities:*** Prepare reports, summaries, and maintain internal files using Excel. * Collect, enter, and analyze operational data from the manufacturing area to identify improvement opportunities. * Support process documentation and standardization. * Support production floor audits. * Support production floor tier meetings. **Basic Requirements:** * Student in the final semesters or quarters of **Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering**. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * Proficiency in Office 365 * Intermediate Excel skills * AutoCAD * English proficiency at 50% * **Availability for morning shift**, with daily working hours of **6 to 9 hours**, scheduled between **6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.**, with possible extension until **3:00 p.m.**, subject to availability. * Availability to complete the internship for a minimum duration of **6 months** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in continuous improvement. * Basic SolidWorks.
