Therefore, we invite you to join our team as a **Support and Service Technician**. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Required Competencies:** * Proficiency in driving a standard automobile—mandatory. * Intermediate level of English language skills—spoken and written—mandatory. * Use, maintenance, and handling of hand tools. * Use, maintenance, and handling of machine tools. * Use, maintenance, and handling of measuring tools. * Mechanical assembly techniques. * Solid understanding of fundamental concepts in electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical components. * Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings—including geometric tolerances. * Good practices in operating machine tools to ensure quality in component and tool manufacturing. * Proficiency and proper use of workshop tools and power tools (e.g., wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, taps, dies, drills, vertical hand saws, miter saws, rotary hammers, etc.). * Operation and maintenance of power tools such as drills, reciprocating saws, vertical saws, table saws, miter saws, etc. * Operation and maintenance of measuring tools such as multimeters, vernier calipers, height gauges, micrometers, optical comparators, tape measures, etc. * Operation and maintenance of machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, grinders, horizontal saws, etc. * Knowledge and maintenance of workshop tools such as open-end wrenches, box-end wrenches, Allen keys, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, dies, hydraulic tools for punching sheet metal, etc. * Knowledge, handling, and care of materials used in assemblies. * Collaborative, coordinated, and respectful teamwork. **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of projects according to provided drawings, considering visual aids, company guidelines, required quality standards, and established industrial standards. * Perform electrical assembly of projects according to provided electrical diagrams, considering visual aids, company guidelines, and established industrial standards. * Implement modifications and improvements to electrical control circuits. * Implement modifications and improvements to pneumatic circuits. * Implement modifications and improvements to mechanical components and elements. * Conduct diagnostics and condition assessments of machinery. * Provide production support.
