It combines analytical skills with user-centered design expertise. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Azure DevOps. * Preferred knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Knowledge of administrative topics (Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Banking, Inventory Management). * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, UXpin, Figma). * Business process analysis for software solution development projects. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze new business needs or changes within organizational products to assess feasibility and impact. 2. Translate business requirements into user stories and, when required, clear technical specifications. 3. Model business processes and propose improvements. 4. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, confirming them with clients for approval. 5. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. 6.
