Req ID: 76288 **Description** --------------- Ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of production processes through analysis, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of operational procedures, with the goal of optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Monitor SMT lines and track resolution of in-line issues if they arise. Ensure Controls and BKPs are executed on Production lines, NPIs, and Prototypes. Train operational staff on new procedures or process changes. Validate reflow ovens. Create and manage production equipment recipes (Printers, X-Ray & SPI). Analyze and release low-yield lots. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
