Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Engineer to supervise operations, ensure quality, drive continuous improvement, and lead personnel to achieve targets in a manufacturing environment. Focus on production and quality targets Job Description and Responsibilities * Responsible for verifying materials prior to production execution. * Verify preventive maintenance and proper functioning of machinery. * Track training control. * Establish production schedule targets. * Ensure no hazards or unsafe conditions exist within their area and across the entire organization. * Verify product quality. * Responsible for implementing continuous improvement projects. * Motivate assigned personnel to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Supervise assigned personnel. * Achieve production, scrap, quality, and attendance metrics. * Develop production plans. * Follow up on corrective actions (8D). * Review and correct payroll records. * Prepare production reports. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * English proficiency: 80%. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Personnel management experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Concentration. * Goal-oriented mindset.
