Maintenance Supervisor

Is responsible for coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment in the plant. Directly supervises maintenance technicians and team leads, ensuring tasks are performed safely, with quality, and according to manufacturer standards. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, compliance with technical KPIs, and adherence to safety and hygiene policies. **Requirements** * Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including experience as a technician or leader. * Flexibility to work across both day and night shifts as required by operational needs. * Experience supervising technical teams and applying performance indicators. Advanced English (minimum 80%). * Certification or knowledge in Six Sigma. * Knowledge in compliance with PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance). Knowledge and application of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) metrics. * Ability in management and supervision of personnel.

Job Description and Activity Details Shop Floor Scheduler (P2) provides training and facilitates the incorporation of new resources. Analyze multiple variables such as line performance, high level head constraints, WO volume per type vs available lines, BOM errors, shortages, etc.) and provide alternative solutions as well as changes to increase WO queue flow in pursuit of improvement between Setup, Manufacturing, and line performance (Plan vs Actual and efficiency). Assigns daily kitting schedules and coordinates the flow of WO between Setup and Manufacturing, optimizing resources. * Trains and facilitates the incorporation of new resources. * Provides feedback to improve work order management between Setup and Manufacturing. * Reviews line performance (Plan vs Actual) and proposes changes to increase flow in the WO queue. * Reviews open Work Orders that are completely picked to determine the daily production plan. * Coordinates parts delivery with Setup and WO sequence with Production to meet production schedule. * Ensures urgent requests from Shop Floor Coordinators are expedited on the shop floor as required. * Utilizes ERP system to review the status of manufacturing work orders when needed. * Notifies the production team of any schedule impacts on customers. * Coordinates/expedites manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are met. * Performs other duties as required.
