This site leader plays a key role in driving Lean Transformational Objectives and initiatives to support the Aerospace Industry, is team-oriented and results-driven, and focuses on ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with operational objectives.
The role reports directly to the General Manager.
Experience and requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or a similar university degree.
* 7+ years of experience as an engineering manager in manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace or composites industry.
* Lean Expert certification is mandatory; Six Sigma certification is desired — Black Belt preferred; demonstrated project management success.
* Proven leadership impact, teamwork, change champion capabilities, and effective communication skills.
