**Job Description**
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance: Design, coordinate and
implement maintenance plans to ensure the good condition of buildings,
equipment, and infrastructure
Supervise suppliers and contractors: Manage and evaluate the work of external
suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Plan budgets and resources: Control the maintenance budget,
optimizing resource usage to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
Supervise the maintenance team: Lead technical and operational staff, assigning
tasks, monitoring performance, and providing continuous feedback.
Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations: Ensure maintenance work
complies with local, national, and internal occupational health and safety regulations.
Control management of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical infrastructure: Supervise the
maintenance and repair of key building systems such as air conditioning,
lighting, hydraulic networks, and electrical systems.
Conduct periodic inspections: Perform regular facility reviews to
identify maintenance needs and prevent critical failures.
Manage improvement projects: Plan and coordinate
renovation, expansion, or infrastructure enhancement projects for buildings.
Approve activity records and reporting: Maintain up-to-date maintenance records and prepare periodic reports on facility status and activities performed.
Respond to emergencies: Coordinate and respond to incidents or emergencies related to infrastructure failures, ensuring operational continuity and occupant safety.
Develop annual plans and objectives for supervised personnel and follow up on evaluations, as well as planning and strategy for training.
Ensure compliance with departmental KPIs.
Coordinate activities for the information security management system in the facilities area: identification, analysis, and evaluation of information technology security. Preparation and review of the operational concept; Software change control and version management; Ensure compliance with Central Directive 04602 within the work area.
**Qualifications**
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Years of experience: 5 to 7
English required
Knowledge of energy supply equipment and associated installations \- Specialist
Knowledge of expense accounts and finance
Project management
AutoCAD \+ SolidWorks
