Job Description and Activities **GENERAL DESCRIPTION.** Create and monitor production plans aligned with customer requirements. Coordinate with various departments to ensure sales objectives are met. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **1.** Develop four-week visible production plans consistent with customer demand. **2.** Monitor shipment of sales orders to prevent late deliveries to customers. **3.** Track progress of production plans. **4.** Prepare and present on-time delivery reports. **5.** Prepare Capacity vs Demand and Waterfall reports. **6.** Negotiate “pull-ins” and “push-outs” of sales orders with CSR’s. **7.** Commit delivery dates for overdue orders. **8.** Monitor and analyze demand, its trends, and notify unauthorized changes within lead time (using Capacity vs Demand Report and Waterfall tools). **9.** Prepare material shortage reports and identify impact on sales, production plans, and customer shipments. **10.** Forecast overdue orders with four-week visibility. **11.** Request and monitor special expediting of urgent orders. **12.** Meet with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to review production plan progress, analyze potential quality, raw material, or process issues, and propose solutions. **13.** Notify CSR’s, Area Manager, and Planning Manager of orders projected for shipment after the committed date. **14.** Coordinate with Procurement to ensure appropriate inventory levels. **15.** Coordinate with Receiving and Shipping departments to ensure their activities align and adequately support both production plans and customer requirements. **16.** Ensure sales orders are correctly created in the system and no issues exist that could delay timely shipments. Experience and Requirements **JOB PROFILE** **1.** Completed degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s program. **2.** Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. **3.** English proficiency: 90%. **4.** Experience in inventory management and materials planning. **5.** Advanced Microsoft Office software skills. **6.** Oracle system experience. **7.** Priority management skills. **8.** Decision-making ability. **9.** Teamwork skills.
