




1.\- Meet the sales and profit budget of the stores. 2.\- Maintain a healthy operational cost structure vs. the established budget. 3.\- Conduct the district’s RED meetings. 4.\- Execute Token through authorization request to Controller’s Office for inter-store merchandise transfers. 5.\- Monitor the behavior and performance of store commission agents and staff. 6.\- Analyze and monitor control tools and reports to advise and detect deviations. (DIGITEM, Deposit Control, AVT, AMC.) 7.\- Establish commercial strategies with store commission agents according to the micro-market. 8.\- Ensure communication to stores of national and zonal commercial strategies for each store. 9.\- Advise and provide service regarding various operational questions and needs related to store equipment and facilities. 10.\- Monitor and ensure prompt attention to inspections and requirements from government institutions. 11.\- Review store permits and license orders. 12.\- Ensure new commission agents have completed their training at the training store. 13.\- Report store supply incidents to the regional commercial area and place special orders. 14.\- Handle insurance claims at any time and submit required documents to insurance companies and sureties. 15.\- Ensure follow-up on maintenance reports for store breakdowns in the GIM platform. 16.\- Perform activities on the OPEM platform. a) DIGITEM validation and TDV slip b) Point-of-sale cash count c) Write-off of supplies, consumables, and shrinkage d) Validation of store cycle counts e) Perform cycle counts at stores f) Validate POP material execution g) Validate store execution, guidelines, and planograms h) Returns to suppliers 17.\- Must hold a Class A driver’s license and standard driving experience.
