1. Achieve store sales and profit budget targets. 2. Maintain a healthy operational cost structure versus the established budget. 3. Conduct district RED meetings for the assigned district. 4. Execute Token transfers via authorization requests to Internal Audit for inter-store merchandise transfers. 5. Monitor the behavior and performance of commission agents and store staff. 6. Analyze and monitor control tools and reports to provide guidance and identify deviations. (DIGITEM, Deposit Control, AVT, AMC.) 7. Develop commercial strategies with store commission agents based on the micro-market. 8. Ensure communication to stores of nationally and zonally defined commercial strategies for each store. 9. Provide advisory support and service regarding operational queries and requirements related to store equipment and facilities. 10. Follow up promptly on inspections and requirements from government institutions. 11. Review store permits and license orders. 12. Ensure new commission agents have completed their training at the training store. 13. Report store supply incidents to the regional commercial department and place special orders. 14. Handle insurance claims at any time and submit required documents to insurance companies and surety providers. 15. Ensure timely follow-up on maintenance reports for store malfunctions via the GIM platform. 16. Perform activities on the OPEM platform. a) DIGITEM validation and TDV voucher verification b) Point-of-sale cash reconciliation c) Write-off of supplies, consumables, and shrinkage d) Validation of store cycle counts e) Conduct cycle counts at stores f) Validate POP material execution g) Validate store execution of guidelines and planograms h) Supplier returns 17. A Class A driver’s license and standard driving proficiency are mandatory.
