Join our team We have an opening for a Systems Technician **Job Purpose:** * Provide technical support for computer systems and servers, ensuring proper operation and system automation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide physical and remote hardware and software support. * Manage inventories of computer equipment. * Prepare hardware and software quotations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Verify proper operation of ROES and TAOPIX systems. * Administer and provide basic support for the internal network, servers, and backups. * Manage users, passwords, and system and equipment access. * Provide operational support. * Assist in generating reports and indicators. **Please Note the Following:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * IT Support Experience: 2 to 3 years. * Proficiency in server management, operating systems, and basic networking. * Work location: Monterrey City Center. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; occasional Saturdays.
