Job Summary: The Customer Accounting Assistant ensures accurate accounting recording and reconciliation of sales, payments, and expenses, contributing to operational stability and strategic decision-making. Attention to detail and structure is required. The Customer Accounting Assistant ensures that sales, payments, and expenses are accurately recorded in the accounting system and reconciled. Attention to detail and structure is required; this role directly supports operational stability and strategic decision-making within the administrative and financial area. * Audit that fiscal receipts from each branch are properly stamped. * Reconcile bank accounts and miscellaneous creditor accounts monthly. * Record daily sales and customer payment cut-offs from all sales branches. * Prepare and enter accounting journal entries for expenses, USD transactions, suppliers, inter-warehouse transfers, inventory shrinkage, and cost of goods sold. * Manage the main office petty cash fund and reconcile branch petty cash funds monthly. * Generate monthly accounting closing reports per branch, unapplied deposits, and unit transfers. **Technical Skills:** Financial information analysis Proficiency in accounting and tax processes Proficiency in accounting tools and administrative systems **Soft Skills:** Attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication Teamwork **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in bank reconciliations, accounting entries, and journal entries. **Technical Knowledge and Tools:** Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Basic knowledge of tax and accounting regulations. Proficiency in cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and journal entry preparation.
