Opportunities for professional development and career growth **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR** Ensures houses are delivered to customers on time, with high quality and zero defects; also supervises and coordinates actions between Construction and Customer Service (SC) departments to execute repair and warranty service processes timely and correctly, achieving customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Receive and approve houses eligible for registration, delivered by the Construction department Verify delivery quality of houses to SC and to customers Conduct technical diagnosis of reported failures Coordinate warranty service visits with customers Supervise contractors and the repair process.
