Position Objective: The C4 Monitor will be responsible for the management, control, and supervision of the company's assets and resources. Their primary function will be real-time monitoring of transportation units, ensuring efficient communication and operational safety. Responsibilities and Functions: \* Design and manage transportation routes using SAMSARA software, as well as handle authorizations and departures via WhatsApp. \* Monitor in real time the movement of delivery units, detecting any irregular activity. \* Report any traffic anomalies, including emergencies, collisions, and accidents. \* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal traffic regulations. \* Verify that each unit has valid documentation (permits, registration, insurance, etc.). \* Supervise DEF (AdBlue) consumption and diesel performance in units. \* Review and validate toll booth crossings in systems such as FIARUM and CAPUFE. \* Manage documentation for units, platforms, and drivers through Dropbox. \* Review and keep driver files up to date, verifying their documentation. \* Supervise unit maintenance through the SAMSARA system. \* Ensure that their workspace remains clean and presentable. \* Protect the confidentiality of internal company information. \* Efficiently manage and control company supplies.
