Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in manufacturing costs and continuous improvement to optimize processes and lead Lean initiatives in metal-mechanical environments. Description and details of responsibilities * Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis * Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives * Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross-functional improvement projects. * Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.
