Description and details of responsibilities
* Support in preparing and reviewing customs documents (customs entries, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
* Tracking of import and export shipments
* Database management and documentation archiving
* Review of regulations and legislation related to foreign trade
* Submit bi-monthly tax filings and monitor balances nearing expiration
* Perform customs regime changes
* Compare customs assessment notices against system records
* Maintain IVA/IEPS certification
Experience and Requirements
* **Bachelor's degree in International Trade** or related field
* **Minimum 2 years of experience** in a similar position
* Experience administering the **IMMEX program**
* Proficiency in **Excel**
* Customs inventory control systems
* IVA / IEPS certification
* Temporary and definitive imports
* Fixed asset management
* Exports
* In-depth knowledge of Annex 24 and Annex 30
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Availability to work full-time
