Job Description and Responsibilities Work Location: Mexicali **Responsibilities:** * Quotation support, prioritizing active customers of the sales team. * Contacting suppliers to follow up on quotations and proposals. * Tracking pending quotations and supporting tender processes. * Comparative quotation analysis to offer optimal options to customers and suppliers. * Processing and tracking orders across various departments. * Invoicing sales generated by the commercial team. * Customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales and key metrics. * Addressing requests from existing and potential customers. * Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers. * Promoting obsolete inventory sales via platforms and coordinating between warehouses. * Prospecting and onboarding new customers. * Identifying market opportunities. * Commercial follow-up to close sales. ***Not a call center // Industrial Sales*** Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, International Trade degree, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency (minimum 50%; reading and writing required; speaking essential). * Experience in administrative roles, back-office functions, industrial sales, or customer service (preferred). * Proficiency with administrative tools (Excel, ERP, CRM, etc.). * Excellent personal presentation. * Punctual, organized, and highly responsible. * Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule, **Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.** * Salary range: $3,300\.00 to $4,000\.00, depending on experience. * **3-month retention bonus** (details provided during interview). * Statutory benefits. * 100% formal payroll. * No probationary week. * Performance bonuses starting upon indefinite-term contract. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Grocery vouchers starting from the first completed month. * Toka Care benefits. * Accident insurance.
