GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with experience in journal entry recording, bank reconciliations, collections, budgeting, and preparation of financial reports, as well as proficiency in accounting software and office applications. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in general, cost, financial, and administrative accounting. 2. Proficiency in the Mexican tax framework and foreign trade regulations. 3. Analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 1\. Recording of expense, revenue, daily, import/export customs entries, issuance of CFDI invoices, and stamping. 2\. Bank reconciliations, bank reports, fund transfers, and checks. 3\. Knowledge in collections, budgeting, suppliers, imports, and exports. 4\. Financial reporting, intermediate-level Excel knowledge. 5\. Proficiency in CONTPAQ\-i Commercial, banking systems, Office suite, Outlook, and internet. **Experience and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position * Solid knowledge of general, cost, financial, and administrative accounting * Proficiency in the Mexican tax framework and foreign trade regulations; experience in import/export operations within the maquiladora sector * Analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Software proficiency, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with other technological tools such as CONTPAQ\-I COMMERCIAL Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $3,500\.00 \- $23,801\.29 per week Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
