Req ID: 76669 **Description** --------------- Logistics Assistant **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Request invoices from Procurement. * Send email to Receiving to share the day’s cross-border schedule. * Ensure Calexico warehouse audits are completed on time and accurately. * Print invoices and documents required for customs procedures. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- * Knowledge of international trade. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Experience using Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Incomplete degree or current student in International Trade or related field. * Experience in a similar role. * Flexibility to adjust work schedule.
