Job Description and Responsibilities
Ensure that products comply with our customers' requirements through implemented quality systems. Support external/internal audits and manage documentation. Responsible for conducting meetings, tracking quality metrics, and implementing relevant actions to improve or elevate metrics. Investigate and analyze non-conforming products and reduce their occurrence.
Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Quality Supervisor.
Knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.).
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Statistics.
Certification as Lead or Internal Auditor for BRC, SQF, or ISO 9001-2015 (Desirable).
English proficiency: 80%.
Experience with quality management systems.
