Job Description and Responsibilities A leading Mexican logistics service company with over 17 years of experience invites you to join our team as a **Logistics Supervisor.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate local and long-distance freight shipments, ensuring punctuality and efficiency for each trip. * Prepare the payroll draft for operational staff under your supervision. * Ensure accurate and timely billing for services such as freight, delays, handling operations, local movements, and overnight services. * Issue invoices and waybills using the GM Transport system. * Maintain constant communication with clients to provide trip tracking and status updates. * Conduct on-site inspections to verify the condition of transport vehicles. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles and manage prompt repairs. * Generate daily operational reports with KPI analysis including volume, punctuality, attendance, productivity, and billing. * Monitor and control field operations to ensure compliance with assigned routes, processes, and scheduled timelines. * Support the execution and monitoring of the vehicle maintenance plan. Experience and Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within logistics and transportation. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in transportation management systems (GMTransport preferred), billing, KPI tracking, and basic vehicle mechanics. * Skills: Leadership, decision-making, data analysis, customer orientation, effective communication, problem-solving. * Willingness to work on-site and conduct field inspections.
