Talent Management and Interpersonal Relationships **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that newly hired employees receive the necessary tools, uniforms, and materials to perform their duties and access the services offered by the company. * Provide attention and guidance to all employees on matters related to Human Resources. * Monitor employee compliance with the vacation plan to promote staff quality of life. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) **Experience:** * Human Resources, Labor Relations * Interpersonal Relationships * Talent Management * Federal Labor Law * Compensation * Quality-of-life programs Temporary position for 3 months with potential for permanent placement
