




Position Summary: Estafeta is seeking a temporary Customer Solutions Assistant to handle service reports, provide shipment updates, make customer calls, generate incident reports, and reconcile delivery manifests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle service reports and follow up on incidents 2. Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding shipment status 3. Manage and reconcile delivery and return manifests Estafeta is looking for your talent as a Customer Solutions Assistant. TEMPORARY POSITION Main Functions * Timely and proper handling of assigned Service Reports through daily review of each Service Report. * Provide updates on services entering Shipment Control by conducting daily scans of shipments, supported by visit label and control information, via the CRM\-SOLUCIONA shipment management system. * Timely and proper execution of calls to customers of shipments entered into Shipment Control, through the daily coordination process for shipments and customer calls. * Generate incident reports for shipments requiring them, following up on shipment incidents in accordance with operational cycle procedures. * Daily physical reconciliation of local route delivery and return manifests, through daily tracking using the reconciliation tool to verify compliance with delivery processes.
