Under the supervision of the production manager, responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of production supervisors and operational staff in one or more manufacturing areas. Ensures compliance with production plans on time, quality and cost, optimizing available resources. Implements continuous improvement strategies, coordinates with other departments to ensure material flow and process compliance, and supervises adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. Responsible for managing key performance indicators (KPI) and executing corrective and preventive plans. ### **Responsibilities** 1\. Ensure that health and safety standards are always met. Promote a safety culture. 2\. Ensure compliance with production plans within established quality, cost and time standards. 3\. Coordinate and supervise the activities of production supervisors and their operational staff. 4\. Guarantee proper availability and use of materials for production execution. 5\. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment in collaboration with the maintenance department. 6\. Implement strategies for waste reduction and optimization of production processes. 7\. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations within the production area. 8\. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to identify improvement opportunities. 9\. Motivate and develop personnel under supervision, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 10\. Manage training and certification of operational and supervisory personnel. 11\. Coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, procurement and maintenance departments to ensure efficient operations flow. 12\. Foster a continuous improvement culture among the team, promoting identification and implementation of optimization opportunities. 15\. Periodically evaluate production processes and implement corrective and preventive actions to increase efficiency and productivity. 16\. Review and approve production plans, ensuring their feasibility and compliance. 17\. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (8D, CAPA, among others). 18\. Analyze and manage production costs, seeking operational efficiency. 19\. Prepare production reports and present results to management. 20\. Implement and facilitate visual controls in the factory within the production area. 21\. Lead Tier and Gembas activities with the team. 22\. Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) guidelines. ### **Requirements** 1\. Bachelor's degree or Engineering in related fields (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing or related). 2\. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or coordination roles. 3\. English proficiency at 80%. 4\. Advanced knowledge of Office software and ERP systems. 5\. Strong leadership and team management skills. 6\. Problem analysis and solving ability. 7\. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8\.
