This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements. The Project Engineer works cross\-functionally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Experience and requirements **Key Responsibilities (Summary)** * Lead manufacturing projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. * Support **New Product Introduction (NPI)**, product transfers, and production ramp\-ups. * Coordinate equipment, tooling, and process validation activities. * Analyze drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications. * Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. * Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for process improvements. **Qualifications (Summary)** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation. * Experience with CAD software and ERP systems preferred. * Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
